Terms of Use

Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Swapo platform or application, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies outlined in this document.

Platform: The Swapo application and website.

User: Any individual or entity using the platform as a buyer, seller, or participant.

Registration & Eligibility

To use the Swapo platform, users must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years old, or obtain guardian approval where applicable.
Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.
Notify the platform immediately of any suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
Be legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

Swapo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or request identity verification (KYC) or additional supporting documents whenever deemed necessary.

Payments & Financial Processing

Payments within Swapo are processed through authorized payment service providers in accordance with platform policies and applicable regulations.

Seller payouts are not initiated unless one of the following conditions is met:

Buyer confirms successful receipt of the product as described.
The objection/dispute period expires without a submitted dispute.

If no dispute is submitted within the applicable period, the transaction may be treated as completed and payout procedures may begin.

Estimated payout timelines range from 1 to 7 business days, subject to payment provider, banking procedures, and operational requirements.

Supported payment methods may include:

Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and other payment options supported by the platform.

Payments conducted outside Swapo are not protected, monitored, or guaranteed by the platform.

Wallet

Swapo may provide an internal wallet system for managing eligible balances related to completed transactions.

Funds may be credited after:

Buyer confirmation of delivery.
Or expiration of the applicable objection period without dispute.

Users may:

Use wallet balance for purchases within the platform.
Request withdrawal to their registered bank account.

Users are solely responsible for providing accurate banking information.
